You

• Have experience managing multiple, fast-paced software projects simultaneously.
• Understand code and can speak the language of developers.
• Are an Agile/scrum ninja. You understand when more process and structure are needed, and when they need to get out of the way.
• Love collaborating with testers, designers, and developers to crank out awesome products.
• Earned your college degree and want to have an identity in a growing company.
• Can translate a product vision into specific tasks.
• Thrive under pressure and can help drive a team to hit deadlines.
